The Roman Rota hears causes from every part of the world. For a party living abroad the difficulty is rarely the law: it is the distance from the forum.

The firm acts for clients resident outside Italy in canonical causes before the Roman tribunals, conducting the entire relationship in English and keeping the client’s travel to what the procedure genuinely requires.

On the civil side the firm handles cross-border succession, the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in Italy, international contracts and transnational family disputes. Training at The Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania State University, and subsequent teaching there, have particularly shaped the firm’s work with the United States.
